This private preview saves submitted reservations and retailer inquiries in a database on the computer running MYSA. It uses no advertising trackers or payment services. Public collection has not launched.

What you share

A reservation saves your email, chosen flavor and box size, proposed price, submission time and contact consent. Retailer inquiries also save the business and contact names, neighborhood, estimated interest, notes and sample interest you provide. No address or payment details are requested.

These details are used to respond to inquiries and send the updates consented to. They must not be sold or used for unrelated marketing. Consent version and submission time will be recorded.

Optional journey measurement

The optional checkbox measures flavor and box choices and steps through reservation. It stores a random identifier for this browser tab and never sends your email in event records. If you reserve, the saved reservation links that identifier to your email, so this data is pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous. You can turn measurement off at the box selector. Global Privacy Control is honored. No PostHog or other third-party analytics service receives events in this build.

Storage and retention

Local preview data is kept separately from live demand results and is retained for up to 30 days for testing. The project includes a deletion and retention tool. Before public collection, MYSA must finalize its legal operator, hosting location, production retention policy and contact channel. Public collection must remain off until those details are complete.

Your choices and contact

The launch policy must provide a working contact address and a straightforward way to unsubscribe, request access or request deletion. That address is pending; no contact address is invented in this preview.

Technical information

Any future hosting provider may process standard security and request logs. No third-party tracking scripts or remote font requests are included. This policy is a draft, not a finished legal policy.
